Things I actually cook, written down so I don't have to remember them.
- Simple all-in-one version. Sauté, dump everything in, 6 minutes high pressure, full natural release.
- French green lentils with fire-roasted tomatoes. Hearty, deeply flavored, and thick.
- Silky and rich, ready in about 25 minutes start to finish. Vegetarian and very histamine-friendly.
- Hearty and ready in about 40 minutes total. Pressure cooking makes the peas break down into creamy soup without any long stovetop simmering.
